About HTML5

This orientation is created in HTML5 format. HTML5 is the latest version of HTML, and is the easiest and most secure version to use. However, if you are experiencing issues, try the following:

Clear there cache or try taking the orientation in private or incognito mode.

Refresh the screen a few times and go back and watch the videos again in certain sections (by clicking on the back arrow).

If this doesn’t work, you are most likely experiencing an IP issue; not having appropriate permission to view the VO. You would need to contact your internet service provider or network admin and add the IP addresses to a “trusted” list. Once this is done, you should be able to clear your browsers’ caches and the orientation should work. The public GEO IP address is 66.209.212.83 and private is 192.168.20.35.
